  • All products are described and presented as accurately as possible.

  • As perfumes, bukhoor, linen sprays, and mukhammaria are crafted with natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur.

  • Our products are for external use only. Bakha Perfumes is not liable for misuse or allergic reactions. Customers with sensitivities should review product ingredients careful

 

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in **Bahraini Dinar (BHD)** unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment Methods:

  • Inside Bahrain: Payment is made via BenefitPay on delivery. Customers are required to complete the BenefitPay transfer upon receiving the order.

  • Outside Bahrain: Customers will receive a secure payment link sent to their registered phone number. The order will not be confirmed unless the payment is successfully completed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer worldwide shipping.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier service. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to customs, courier services, or force majeure events.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Inside Bahrain:

  •  Returns or exchanges are accepted only for unused, unopened, and sealed items in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase.

  •  Opened items (perfumes, bukhoor, linen sprays, mukhammaria) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  •  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund

  • Outside Bahrain:

  •  Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for international orders. All international sales are final.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (including images, product descriptions, text, and logos) is the property of Bakha Perfumes and protected under copyright laws automatically upon creation.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
